FuzanaMokhtaza is known as one of the local designer that specialises in bridal/bespoke and custom made attires. For many years, we have always been asked by our supporting clients;

"Do you do rental services for the dresses?"

And because we are so passionate in customizing dresses for our future newlyweds, we didn't feel it's the time to rent out our collection yet.

However, due to a very high request from our clients, we finally found the perfect timing to come up with this new project of ours called "As It Is" collection.

With this new project, you will be able to purchase any ready-made (off the rack) design which we promise you the finest quality. Every design is limited to 1 piece only and it's first come first served basis.

As It Is collection is a one-time promo and only applicable for certain design.

Alternatively, If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the site, please contact sales@fuzanamokhtaza.com We will try our best to respond to your request within 3 working days.
The product needs to be returned and the exchange process may take 7 days and the shipping cost shall be paid by the customer.

7-Days Exchange Policy

We strongly recommend that you measure yourself accurately according to the size chart before making a purchase to avoid the unnecessary process of exchange.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please take note that you can only exchange goods bought at FUZANAMOKHTAZA website and NOT via other platforms such as ISETAN or other pop-up stores.

Exchange policy is granted for ONE time per transaction.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must still have an attached original tag, unused, and returned in the same condition as you received it. If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange for any item, which is subject to stock availability. If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the returned item, the difference will not be refunded.
Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability.

We do not accept an item that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged other than with original manufacturing defects. In other words, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns that we reasonably believe have been used or worn, will not be accepted. If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a replacement.

Upon receipt of the products, we will examine them and we will advise you on the status of the replacement via email as soon as practicable.

You will be responsible to bear the shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
