Return for Exchange 

7-Days Exchange Policy

We strongly recommend that you measure yourself accurately according to the size chart before making a purchase to avoid the unnecessary process of exchange.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please take note that you can only exchange goods bought at FUZANAMOKHTAZA website and NOT via other platforms such as ISETAN or other pop-up stores.

Exchange policy is granted for ONE time per transaction.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must still have an attached original tag, unused, and returned in the same condition as you received it. If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange for any item, which is subject to stock availability. If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the returned item, the difference will not be refunded.
Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability.


You will be responsible to bear the shipping costs for exchanging your item.

TAKE NOTE :

Kindly check your body measurement carefully before you add your cart because our policy is "NO REFUNDABLE". We do not take any responsibility due to wrong size chosen shipping costs for exchanging your item.
